Guest mel brat Posted January 3, 2009 Posted January 3, 2009 (edited) I've just heard "Boogie In The Schoolyard" by The Neighbour's Complaint (on Virtue) for the first time in about 30 years, and had clean forgotten how much it sounded like Bobby Wells' "Be's That Way Sometimes" (virtually the same tune) - and the lead singer sounds just like Bobby Wells too! Is it he? - and was this always obvious to everyone but me?? Also, if Bobby Wells was still recording as late as 1976, what has he done since? Any ideas? Edited January 3, 2009 by mel brat

There is a Bobby Wells who recorded an album - " It's About Time " on US Bayside in 2004 - but as to whether this is the same BW , I have not been able to confirm , despite trawling respective info before posting my reply .......
