Guest alison Posted April 30, 2005 Posted April 30, 2005 Am I getting mixed up, or is it the same as Dee Dee Warwick???? If so, how does it differ?? Ta very much, Jamie link Same Jamie; she just doesn't have Dee Dee's distinctive voice
Girthdevon Posted April 30, 2005 Posted April 30, 2005 Am I getting mixed up, or is it the same as Dee Dee Warwick???? If so, how does it differ?? Ta very much, Jamie link Yep same song and backing as Dee Dee - just a different vocal. I think the Dee Dee version is a stronger vocal but Debra Anderson is no less danceable...obviously Girf
Guest Jamie Posted April 30, 2005 Posted April 30, 2005 Cheers you two I haven't played it in ages!! May have to dig it out & have a play again. I always used to play it back-to-back with Debbie Taylor 'Just Don't Pay' They just seemed to flow into each other, obviously all IMVFHO Jamie

Bought around 1979 from a Blackpoll Mecca Goer for about £2 along with some other stuff like Heartstoppers LP, Mandrill - Never Die etc. Sold it as part of a buch for about £5 less than 3 months ago.
