Guest Trevski Posted December 5, 2008 Posted December 5, 2008 seen far more of the styrene bronze label. Only started seeing the yellow, vinyl copies in the last 5/6 yrs. Thought they were dodgy at first.....
boba Posted December 5, 2008 Posted December 5, 2008 seen far more of the styrene bronze label. Only started seeing the yellow, vinyl copies in the last 5/6 yrs. Thought they were dodgy at first..... if the yellow copies are real originals, they should be worth more as they are rarer and the bronze copies are styrene and hissy a lot
Jimmy A Posted December 5, 2008 Posted December 5, 2008 if the yellow copies are real originals, they should be worth more as they are rarer and the bronze copies are styrene and hissy a lot Yeah my bronze copy hissed a bit.. Ended up selling it, why i dont know..its a great tune
sid jones Posted December 5, 2008 Author Posted December 5, 2008 hi the yellow label is a real one i think it was in tim browns 1st edition or jms book on coloured pages on rear vinyl need to ask john manship sid
Quinvy Posted December 5, 2008 Posted December 5, 2008 Ey up Sid, the yellow label is deffo vinyl & the gold label is deffo styrene. Had them both at one time or another.....you need to play the gold ones very carefully, as they are prone to hiss down one channel. Better off going for the yellow one. Price seems to be somewhere between £300 & £400....both are genuine, not sure which was first though. Phil.
