The Yank
The male backup singers are the Four Tops who are singing along with the Andantes. No Vandellas on the song at all ! Link to comment Social source share

45cellar
great tune, how much would i have to pay for one of these ? It is one of those records, that for a few $ or £ it delivers a Sound worth much, much more. All Originals & are out there & they don't break the Bank, can't go wrong. Tremendous Record. Nickinstoke
Thanks for the info, everyone. I guess I should have spotted it was the Four Tops - who else could sound so good? Talking of other versions, Jean Carn did a goodie, and Barbara Mason's version on the recent Philly meets Motown CD was tasty too. If you like an instrumental, try David T Walker. I like this song a lot! Nick Link to comment Social source share
