I use plaxo (free version) saved me a few times. its was an early networking site which is basically a virtual address book, that updates your address book email, phone, birthday and address info really easy, stored in cyberspace.

Got recommended by someone on here and have passed on too others

Am not aware of any negative with it apart from weekly update message concerning any network changes maybe more teckie members can comment.
