George G
i have a soft spot for the b-side of this one: STONE 46 - Gary Glenn Family - Goodnight Sweetheart/Good Night My Love (Medley) / Always So True think i have more on the label, but can't remember what... This Stone label was out of Pittsburgh. I've seen a lot of "Pittsburgh sound" like doowop and garage on this label, but don't remember much soul or funk. Maybe I didn't pay attention in many years of record hunting there. Probably some connection to Jeree and Green Dolphin, all the PGH labels have at most one degree of separation. GG and band were white greasers from PGH even though one of his records says Ohio. - George Link to comment Social source share

Pomonkey
Duh, yep, sorry, Bob Stone is not actually on Stone! Just looked on Georgiasoul.com, the 3 I have are the only things listed on the label, may be other non-soul 45's but looks like that's it. Link to comment Social source share
