I've been reading Kev Roberts' Top 500 Northern Soul book and realised that there are several labels listed that I don't know which town/city the label is based in! Can anyone help locate any (or all!!!) of the following labels?

Is this a lunch time brain teaser - if so I have put a few in, but remember a no of labels had distribution deals with @majors@ and a number of majors had several offices (e.g. Mercury etc.)....I'll get me anorak
