Have a copy of the Universal Love on a 12" ... nice EX+ condition ... harder than the 7" actually and the 12" sounds better when played out.

One side's a semi-comedy funk instro (Land of The Leaping No-No - clue's in the title), the other's a decent uptempo, slightly latinesque funky soul dancer thing, unfortunately ruined by a rock guitar solo about 2/3rds the way through. Somehow the record appeared in the background of a 70's porn film, along with the band, though they thankfully kept their clothes on...

Yep, it is spoilt a little bit by the slightly too heavy guitar solo, but on the whole I think it's a great modern dancer - definitely overlooked & I bet it could take off with the right people spinning it, oh & how did you know about the porn film thing? This topic a trip down memory lane for you was it? Some of those old 70's porn films did have the greatest funk/soul tracks in them though.. still trying to find out what one or 2 of them are myself (from hearsay of course) ahem.
