Well, after returning from the high of a Southport Weekender yesterday, I sure felt in a contrasting mood today when I woke to the prospect of saying goodbye to an old friend.

Nice to see lots in attendance paying their last respects to a well liked local fella.

Sincere condolences to all the family, who looked truly heartbroken.........I really feel for them sad.gif

Yes there where a good number of soul folk to give Steve a good send of , And very sad that it came many years to early.

Well it has been a year since we lost Steve, I still find it a real comfort reading these old messages, god bless Steve xxx

very nice lad--very sad to hear

wouldnt see him for ages,but he would always make his

way over from across a room to me to say hello

Great memories from Stafford etc

a great loss

and a man with great taste in 60s newies as it was just starting at that time
