So it's 'Tear Drop 3226' which puts it at a 1968 release. It is missing on 45cat's Tear Drop listing so I am going to add it now. Hopefully someone will come up with a sound-file or post it on youtube. I'd love to hear it. It must be a bloody rare one as there are no images anywhere, not even on popsike.
