I Know Paul Capon got one very cheap off Ebay last year,

but i can`t remember the price though.

I thought this 45 was around the £500 mark ?.

Did all my record money before I got there with people bringing bits for me. Then John Andersons box gave me a good beating.

To be honest Dave I did not look in Brians box till Sunday when we done some trades

I mentioned in the thread on this subject two or three years ago that Sam had a copy in his sales box for some time for about four hundred quid: a well used but perfectly playable copy. Great record.

Hate to disagree with my Yarmouth Bretheren, but I'm with Benji and Denbo.

The vocals on this record are shocking beyond belief.

A definate 'run for cover' tune for me whenever I hear it played out.

Some records are rare for a very good reason - and this is one of my top 10 candidates for scarcity over quality.

There are others .

Err Yes Ernie he did get one cheap off Ebay as i saw it and left it because i thought

it would end up high,when i checked to find out what it went for there was

only one bidder on it and that was Paul,so he must of had 3 copy`s through his hands

at one time or another.

Hi ya Sean. It is an aquired taste, and it will grow on you - it has a certain charm even if he is a bit off key. Works a treat in Europe too.

Oh, Sean, don't say that, it's a great record, IMO.

unique and soulful, if records would be judged by the ability of the singer alone, many records would not get plays. But that's only my humble opinion.

I love this record, shame I missed out on Barries copy, too, bit too late. And on the one on ebay.

Reckon he wouldn't even get through to Boot Camp on X Factor with that vocal mate - then again I've heard enough Eurovision Song Contestants in my time to know what works in Europe!
