wolfie66 Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 (edited) Is this proper? Other threads seem a bit vague so not sure. Vinyl, only info in runoff is: FM10714 TIA Edited November 1, 2008 by happyhammer
Guest Beeks Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 Looks like the 2nd boot to me I'm afraid Certainly looks like it...i've got the multi coloured issue but i've seen the DJ copy and it looks different
wolfie66 Posted November 1, 2008 Author Posted November 1, 2008 Cheers lads, thought so to be honest 'cos I got it far too cheap on ebay Thanks again
Pete S Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 Certainly looks like it...i've got the multi coloured issue but i've seen the DJ copy and it looks different There's two or three different dj copies though, there is a legit white one, there's a red one too. The first boot of the WD is vinyl, the second is styrene, which I think is what you have there.
wolfie66 Posted November 1, 2008 Author Posted November 1, 2008 Hi Pete, this is deffo vinyl but I had a look at the short thread on here and there's mention of info in the run off - this only has the number. Let's face it, I got it for £16 & the days of bargains like this on the bay are long gone. Glad I didn't pay any more though...

Sebastian Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 this is deffo vinyl The record in the scan above looks like it's pressed on styrene, not vinyl. It would surprise me if it's vinyl as you can clearly see the edge of the paper label in the scan (vinyl have moulded labels).

That is what I thought from the Scan, I have provided details of one of the Original DEMO's in "THE SHARP END OF VINYL"
wolfie66 Posted November 2, 2008 Author Posted November 2, 2008 It's very bendy for styrene - thought one of the signs was that styrene was inflexible/brittle?
