A fantastic 2 hour interview with the man .If you missed it , it's available on BBC i player .Best ,Eddie Yeh Eddie I caught most of it, he was certainly a bit of a weirdo To Say The Least....... don't you think.... and his choice of wigs....well impressive ......NOT But I did not know that he was responsible for things by the Beatles like "Let It Be" and also the things he produced after the split. GH - My Sweet Lord. JL - Imagine. And I still think the original cut of "Let It Be" is the best, and not the Unspectorised version that McCartney was responsible for years later......... PS became a musician , after being inspired to do so by the record " Rock Island Line " , by British performer Lonnie Donegan , who was one of the main inspirations for The Beatles ...... Guest Nick Harrison Posted October 29, 2008 Posted October 29, 2008 Yes agree with all of the above comments, but I also found the way the BBC editied and produced this interview a little bizzare....... Highlight had to be the colour footage of a outstanding early performance of Tina Turner including Ike (I think) and the backing singers dance movements, early 1972/73 possibly? Although never been a big fan of TT passed or present.
