Got a friend travelling out there for a few days on 30th and wondered if there's anything on that weekend that would be worth checking out?

Cheers.

Plug time... I'm guesting at Bumpshop at APT in the meatpacking district (bottom of Manhattan) on Saturday 1st Nov. Residents are the legendary Mr Fine Wine (WFMU), Jared Boxx (Big City), David Griffiths and Jeff Mao (ego trip) - all heavy collectors with good taste. It's a really good night with a mix of funk / crossover / modern, and usually ends up going til 5am-ish. Booze is expensive but other than that, it's a winner.

there is Dig Deeper, which is DJHonkey's night. not sure when it is exactly. There really is something going on there every weekend worth going to, and events vary in size.

Bumpshop really is supposed to be great!

Kym lives in Buffalo, which is pretty far from the city.

Really looking for more of a 60's soul orientated event, but this could be good.

I'll PM you a little closer to the time.

Cheers.

Me & the missus had the best night when we checked it out!
