Just out of curiosity did any of your family work at Ollerton Colliery ,as I worked there from 1987 till it shut in 1994. All the best Steve B

Yes mate you'll find pics of my hubby Gaz on my profile he is also into northern... he didn't start working at the pit until after the strikes.... he worked on the roadlaying crew he worked there for 5 years til closure about the same time as you Mand :O)
