Soulsmith Posted April 12, 2005 Posted April 12, 2005 Apologies if we've done this one before. Whats your best double sided record? Mines currently Towana - after recently refinding it! A side - Wear Your Natural Baby......sublime early 70s crossover* B side - Help Me Get That Feelin Back Again......late 60s northern dancer A side got 3 plays at Soul Essence last week-end so its obviously back in vogue. * Not sure if this would qualify as modern. If it does then Pete is obviously wrong with 1 of his major theories Col.

I actually prefer the flip And I've got another one by him I think called 'What Am I Gonna Do' also on Eclipse which is quite reasonable, at work at mo' so can't check it. I did see another one on ebay from the early 70's by him, but forgot to bid on it. Jamie
MarkWhiteley Posted April 13, 2005 Posted April 13, 2005 Available on two different label designs: The second is actually a 2nd issue, and not just a different label design as most people say. These still make £100. I've got Shifty's old copy of the 1st issue, and apart from 1 on ebay I've never seen another. Very rare and better looking too Will post soundbytes up later for Ken

BrianB Posted April 13, 2005 Posted April 13, 2005 Got to agree with the earlier reply though. How can you beat Lorraine Chandler What Can I Do/Tell Me You're Mine and The Steinways? The epitome of our music.
