Does anyone know this man? AKA "Factory 8" on ebay.

I've been waiting for some money back on a Jimmie Raye I returned to him due to its awfull condition. The tracker number says its arrived back to the u.s. He hasn't answered any of my emails since august23rd.

Has anyone out there had dealings with him they were happy or unhappy with. . .?

PS. Whats my next move as I'm a bit of a techno-phobe

I've bought from him without problem before but that obviously does not necessarily mean that you wouldn't have a problem. Sorry to not be of more help, there are some new yorkers on this board (several who have posted here recently), you could try pm'ing them?
