I am afraid I don`t know the 45 on Helium, this one is on the Canadian Right On label and hasn`t been released on any US based label as far as I know. The last one I saw went on ebay for sth like 300-500 USD. Sorry, not very precise, I know...but I just got back from Munich´s "Oktoberfest" and feel still a bit...knackered LOL !
