Guest posstot Posted September 11, 2008 Posted September 11, 2008 Whilst pondering what Jackie Wilson tunes i liked, in reply to the thread below...I started thinkin of Check Yourself the Temptations and Gene Chandler(which I prefer.) but Jackie Wilson Singin', A moment of temporary mis - match resulted in me tracing the song in my head in Wilson wonderland( COO KOO) , Yet what a marvelous and very frustrating conception was born. Jackie Wilson Check Yourself , I feel that song would have been a match made in heaven, in more of a chandler feel in production...Wilson in full Technicolor nailing check yourself, doin his thing, as only he could do. So, hoping someone out there will have sympathy for me...And reply to the question...... .....Which Atist/s or groups do you think would have suited what song ? Like Roy Hamilton singin' "until", which he co wrote with Billy Barnes, thats another one I'd have liked to have heard. I'll get me coat WARNING BLATANT PLUG BELOW THIS WARNING
