Pauldonnelly Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 Its my 29th wedding anniversary 20th Sept so the Mrs and I have agreed on a weekend away in London, dhopping, meal, some entertainment and footy on the Sunday need some advice. Whats the nearest 4 star hotel to the 100 club? we have chosen the Radison Edwardian Grafton however looking at the map seems like miles away. Anyone been to The Jersey Boys show? whats your verdict. 100 club all nighter? applying for tickets today my Mrs aint a member it would appear thats now not an issue, is that correct. PD

Ady Croasdell Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 Jersey Boys is great apart but don't expect the night or You're Ready Now. Hugely entertaining, funny and I even learnt a lot. Buy the Four Seasons box set CD with my sleevenotes on the same page as Nicole Kidman's; we don't usually hang out together.

Guest in town Mikey Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 St Gilles hotel (4 stars) is at 5 minuts walking from 100 CLUB...I ever take this...and sometimes sleep in the airport... Beat me to it. I was just going to say this one.
Guest DonnaD Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 If you want a real treat try the Sanderson Hotel right around the corner from the 100 club - you will need deep pockets though!
Guest Keep the Boy Happy Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 We saw 'Jersey Boys' in New York last year, and thought it so good, we went on a weekend break to London in March of this year just for a second viewing. No you don't get to hear 'The Night' or 'You're Ready Now' but what you do hear will have you foot tapping and I don't think you will leave the theatre without a smile on your face. It's a great show, very enjoyable. Don't know where you want to stay in London, (location wise) but we stayed in The London Bridge Hotel, and that was very nice, and not pricey for a city hotel, booked it through HotelsClick.com it's very easy for getting about with the Tube station just at the top of the street. Enjoy! Mrs KTBH
