In it, he cites the culprits who have dumbed down his precious beloved Northern Soul Simon style.... Paul O'Grady KFC Russ Winstanley AND NORTHERN SOUL 2008. What a joke !!!!!!!!!! I am desperate to sell some of it off, but all the Northern and valuable stuff has been creamed off, leaving lots of obscure and esoteric general soul stuff, and anyone who is a genuine collector is welcome to buy some - the more quantity they buy the cheaper the price becomes. I had sixty thousand all different sevens in 1979 when I first sold them off. I regret the prices I sold them for (£10 for Don Gardner, £10 for Bobby Kline, £10 for Telma Laverne, £10 for Walter And The Admirations, £5 for J.D. Bryant, etc etc). I had over 100,000 again by 2002 but not all different, they were all mixed up and there were multiples in there as well as one-offs. The best stuff was separated into cardboard covers, but there is still 80,000 assorted soul collectors records. I don't regret what I sold in 2003, as I got very fair prices for most of it. But it would be nice to sell some of the more obscure stuff I have left to some collectors with an open mind, who are willing to take a chance rather than just buy records they already know. If they all sounded as good as that i'd gladly except the "Northern Soul 2008" title, i'm not saying there's no good records on there but for me in the main they don't have that classic 6ts/7ts NS feel. Really looking forward to the DVD arriving. Hope the launch party goes well too. This is why we have spent so very very much time and effort on each and every one of the 200 videos. Because we really HAVE made them all look better, and gotten rid of all of the problems that were inherent ten years ago.

It's the can't miss occasion of the year, by private invitation only. Huge venue with two levels, and a great stage, and ample seating for everyone in comfort with huge couches and armchairs and tables. The venue is right next door to Ladbroke Grove tube station, literally next door. Plus there is tons and tons of free parking round the back of the club. We expect four hundred at least. If it was from a Soul Source member I would of course remove the whole thing. I did of course remove it from YouTube but wanted us all to be aware that creatures like this exist out there, and to protect ourselves against them. But I truly feel it needs demonstrating how far people will go if they're allowed to continue unchecked. Please let it stay, as an example of what we should all NEVER be. I feel a bit strongly about it. If you still want it removed, I shall comply, but my pride in myself wanted others to see how vile some other people could be. Sorry , can't agree imo its nothing what so ever to do with this site or indeed the northern soul "scene" its a racist, homophobic and all the rest rant by all means leave it up on youtube or where ever and post a link however can not and will not allow such to be posted

But it's your call.
