I'm really shocked by the price of the Betty Wright Italian 45. I gave away a copy of this once and would have said that anyone would struggle to get over £25.00 for it. A great version of the song it may be, but when you consider that's it's freely available on both US and European versions of the (fantastic) album for peanuts this seems like stark, staring madness: I mean over 300 quid for the convenience of playing the track on a seven inch format! Come on!

Betty Wright sells for around £100/130 on 7" pic sleeve, i bought a mint/mint copy for a ton a while back and thought that dear

£5K+ for Jimmy Burns is way way too much, thought £2K about right for that these days

Chico L a great record but never thought it that rare ph34r.gif

£370 for Kenny Lynch...knock the £300 off maybe...

let a kenny lynch slip thru ebay last week. it went for 49ukp. while the betty wright price

is a bit OTT. with most people, playing original 7in vinyl is the name of the game. its still

rarer than a host of usa imports that go for double the price JM got for it
