Garethx Posted August 13, 2008 Posted August 13, 2008 I'm really shocked by the price of the Betty Wright Italian 45. I gave away a copy of this once and would have said that anyone would struggle to get over £25.00 for it. A great version of the song it may be, but when you consider that's it's freely available on both US and European versions of the (fantastic) album for peanuts this seems like stark, staring madness: I mean over 300 quid for the convenience of playing the track on a seven inch format! Come on!
Ian Seaman Posted August 13, 2008 Posted August 13, 2008 Betty Wright sells for around £100/130 on 7" pic sleeve, i bought a mint/mint copy for a ton a while back and thought that dear £5K+ for Jimmy Burns is way way too much, thought £2K about right for that these days Chico L a great record but never thought it that rare Ian.
