I wuz thinking of bidding on it, actually went into snipe-mode. It went for about £42.60 at current exchange rates. The reason I bottled it at the last minute (8 seconds to be precise) was that I suddenly realised I was about to bid vast sums (Well, over 42 quid anyway) on a VG disc. To me that seems like a lot for what I think of as a novelty tune, albeit one that I like. What is it worth in ex or near mint?

Nah this was an issue but it did look knackered. I sold an issue for I think it was £125 about 18 months ago.

would agree. the issue is pretty scarce

Yes, Definitely harder on a Stock Copy.

I bought these from Soul Bowl, However

I can't remember seeing a DEMO for THE FATMAN / WORKING AT THE GO GO

and oddly enough

copies hardly ever up for sale

I imagine it's probably in demand among hardcore Batman fans too, with all that entailspost-1819-1218228237.gif

I've had a WD of 1011.

I've also exchanged emails with 'Butch Baker'...real name is Jerome Rogers. The false name was given to him by the label for two reasons i.) his grand father was a minister and didn't want him involved in singing secular music, and ii.) his nick name is Butch.

Don't suppose Butch Rogers would be a starter unless he had a spaceship?
