Tim Smithers Posted July 14, 2008 Posted July 14, 2008 A big play for Simon Preston at the Bournemouth Railway Club over the last couple of years, copies have now dried up a bit, think it was about 30 quid , but with a few peps now starting to play this once forgotten oldie, prices have risen, been looking myself for a good while,
Tim Smithers Posted July 14, 2008 Posted July 14, 2008 I believe one sold at Middleton on Sat for 50 quid from Des Parkers sales box.
Dylan Posted July 14, 2008 Posted July 14, 2008 always liked this one myself.... full of energy. didn't like it enough to keep it though sold for about 25 quid a couple of years ago so no doubt will soon be 100 quid.
Md Records Posted July 14, 2008 Posted July 14, 2008 It wasn't £50 unfortunately, but it was to a mate, and the disc wasn't pristine.....but you're right Tim, I would have thought £50 is about right, if not more!! Anyone who says it's a £10 record etc etc, and doesn't have one for sale, could they please cut to the chase and tell me where I can get some copies. Des Parker
Ted Massey Posted July 14, 2008 Posted July 14, 2008 I bought it and it was £30 Des is most reasonably priced dealer in the uK imo

Guest SteveC Posted July 15, 2008 Posted July 15, 2008 I was lucky enough to be offered a demo last week for £75 which I thought was a good price in the current climate.

Marc Forrest Posted July 15, 2008 Posted July 15, 2008 Why has that gone up in price, demand thru airplay ? Sure was never any rarer than his "Love-Itis" or others ? Sold it some years ago and was struggling to sell this. His "Tryimng To Survive" is a whole different story though raritywise... Marc

Marc Played at home its an ordenary record, played through a good system, nice and loud its one hell of a dancer and has certainly got the crowd buzzing for us at the railway and wanting more of the same [ that what we like. stompers ]
