I never understand why people always think the rarer version is better -- maybe just because they've heard it less?

Agree 100% - the J.R. 45 is far superior and much more soulful than the universal joint and in my opinion has a very weak vocal in comparison to J.R. Bailey. Bought mine for £4.99 off of ebay about three months ago one of the best bargains ive had - incredible record!!! Daz
