The 2000 one is a geniune Val issue anyway. But it may not be ok for all the SOUL POLICE on here. Check with them first Steve

Check with them first Steve Would be interesting to know who "the soul police" are I thought they acted undercover like some sort of S.A.S unit I used to have a 2nd issue of this on val and has it was a while back since i sold it i couldnt say whats on the dead wax,but after seein a 1st issue i don't think you can mistake them. According to popsike the 1st ussue has this stamped in deadwax VAL RDS-33-7225 Which make's yours seem like 2nd issue Just like to add ,the 2nd issue was actually endorsed by Joe himself and as far as i'm aware ,he was actually recieving a portion of the profit's. So a worthy cause in my book. Although that depends how you come by it eh(1st hand or other) Edited July 9, 2008 by NORTHERN NEV

Bought my copy as an origanal from a reputable dealer and want my facts straight before I query this... thanks Samantha hi Sam Only thing i can say is that the matrix numbers are definitely different ,as stated above. The re-issue if im correct has RDS 45 rather than RDS 33 Bought my re-issue a bit back from a website called soulmusicrecordcollectors but that site has since deceased . Hope this helps Nev
