Supercorsa Posted July 4, 2008 Posted July 4, 2008 A couple of years back I bought a copy of Little Charles - Guess I'll Have To Take What's Left (Jewel). Now I've just seen on John Manships drop down auction a copy of this. The one on the auction has the normal blue (with jewell picture) label, but mine is just white. Also there is no mention on mine of being a promo or DJ copy and has J-641 scratched into the deadwax. Is mine a genuine one or not, anyone know? Thanks.

Mark W Posted July 4, 2008 Posted July 4, 2008 attic records just had a white one on ebay. I tihnk the white one is real. Someone got a bargain, I missed that auction end and was second, bugger! My issue has the same deadwax etching as mentioned and the label is exactly the same except blue with the "diamond" picture.
Anoraks Corner Posted July 5, 2008 Posted July 5, 2008 The white label copies are indeed legit...used to see more of them around than the blue ones, back in the day when it was flavour of the minute at Stafford. Still sounds great...awesome even...yet doesn't command big $$$'s...I've got a nice clean blue label copy on my sales pages at the moment for £15 +P&P. >>> CLICK HERE FOR SALES DISCS <<<
