Here's a grading system I haven't seen, "G but VG+ with any click / crackle software"

surely better condition would be M or is VG+ the best you have ever seen.

I think the seller was only trying to be fair- he could have used the "mint if it wasn't completely covered in scuffs and scratches, cracked in half ,and played with a constant loud click" grade .
