sunra Posted June 25, 2008 Posted June 25, 2008 Recently heard for the first time Kiki Dee's On a Magic Carpet Ride. Originals are, as I'm sure you all know, very expensive. Then I came across an issue by Miss Dee Dee which is I assume is a bootie but is it a cover or just an illegal bootleg? Now in principle, I am against bootlegs but sometimes needs must. Thanks a lot for any clarification
Pete S Posted June 25, 2008 Posted June 25, 2008 It's just a cover by a session singer and I think you'd be safe playing it at home but if you tried to play it out you would end up in the stocks
kevinsoulman Posted June 25, 2008 Posted June 25, 2008 ive got it somewhere was it destiny or inferno, destiny i think late 70s kev

I got mine at a car boot fair (how coincidental!) for 50p. Nice record, the missus loves it , but got moody written all over it! Magoo
