Guest
For LPs I know one of the best solutions is the VPI. I don't have one so can anyone tell if it works for 7"s and if it works as good for 7" as it does for 12"? Otherwise what is the best way to clean records when they have dirt or dust in the grooves? So far I have been using this: https://www.protected.de/artikel_1000/1068.htm but I don't find it good enough when the records really have dust in the grooves and it affects the sound. I can even see with my bare eye that it does not clean well enough. Link to comment Social source share

Djr
There is an adaptor for cleaning 45s on the VPI. Unfortunately, I do not have a VPI to comment on how well it cleans. Link to comment Social source share
