I´m working on a project which involves getting the lyrics for quite a few songs, and I´m stuck on this Rance Allen song.

There´s a line in the third verse after he sings "God is getting tired of our wicked ways", and I can´t make it out.

Does anyone know this song by heart and can shed some light?
