I have found a copy of The Formations - At the top of the stairs - on Philadelphia Bank Records with a Frankford/Wayne stamped matrix - is this a boot or re issue or what, I'm sure the original was on MGM - or was it an east coast/west coast thing.

Defo Bank records first - the German MGM copy of it credits "licenced from Bank records" or sommat similar.
