All I need now to set up a nine of real ale in my yard shed is a longer bit of food grade pipe

Blake H Posted May 25, 2008 Posted May 25, 2008 Had some good uns off theremyself paul over the years, if you can be bothered to troll through the millions of classical music albums, val doonican, and perry como`s Your'e right Harry, I go nearly every week and I've never had much luck soul wise but its a great way to spend 4 hours. I usually find a few cds and Nigel Parker has a pitch most weeks and has some goodies tucked away in the boot of his car at very reasonable prices. BH

Djr Posted May 26, 2008 Posted May 26, 2008 (edited) no luck at my local flea market (US equivalent to car boot) yesterday, but went to a local yard sale, and found some interesting things: Marvin Gaye - What's Going On LP / UK Tamla Motown w/ lyric sheet Desmond Dekker & the Aces - Israelties LP / German S*R International (ace cover) Jr. Walker & The All Stars - Gassssss / German Tamla Motown Jr. Walker & The All Stars - What Does It Take to Win Your Love / German Tamla Motown odd to find foreign pressings at a local house sale non-soul purchases: Yardbirds - For Your Love / US Epic Shocking Blue - s/t / German S*R International Music Machine - (Turn On) the Music Machine / US Original Sound $1 each and everything minty, too.
