Guest Salv Posted May 24, 2008 Posted May 24, 2008 The track in post #4 is actually called "Funny" but I don't recognise the singer. I have a version of this by Bobby Taylor on one of the Lost Deep Soul boot CDs on Sounds Of Soul. And #11 is Ike & Tina Turner, and the track is called "Poor Fool", from 1962.

Guest Salv Posted May 24, 2008 Posted May 24, 2008 The tracks that have been identified have all been on various UK Sue compilations, so could this be an old Sue LP?
Guest Glynn Jones Posted May 24, 2008 Posted May 24, 2008 (edited) This is also on the LP. Johnnie & Joe - Over The Mountain. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=umr4g3FWPuo...feature=related Also Kansas City - Wilbert Harrison. Every Beat Of My Heart - Gladys Knight & The Pips. Still hunting.
