Guest in town Mikey Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 Bet you never thought for one moment you'd see that title. But if Mr Manship can have them on his site, why cant Soul Source. Apologies for it not being soul, but I didnt think Freebasing was any better. A colleague at work has dumped two boxes of LPs and singles from a house clearance for me to look at. Unable not to take a sneak peek, I pulled a Columbia White demo out and brought it into work to try to find some info. It is DB 4703 Columbia - Nina & Frederick - Long Time Boy/Counting Colours in a Rainbow. Anyone know if there is a market for this stuff? I did see a Ray Charles LP in the LP box, amongst the Mantovani 78s Thanks for any help Mike
Gene-r Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 Hi Mike, Sorry to say that there's no market for Nina and Frederik as far as I know. Their records always crop up, and shouldn't go for more than about a couple of quid. I've had their version of Norweigan Wood for a few years - can't even give it away to a Beatles' collector! The only Nina and Frederik record of real credit is their Christmas EP, because of the connection to John Barry (either he produced it or it features his orchestra, or both). Gene
