Good morning everyone, I have just joined up and have to say I like what I see.

I have a question which has been bugging me for quite a while now, and it's all to do with some lyrics from a record which I believe is either Motown or Northern Soul. I don't have a clue who sung it, although I have a couple of idea's, and I don't know what it's called... all I know are these few lyrics.

"Around The Corner From My Block,

Theres A Place With A Private Knock,

Where I Know We Can Really Rock"

Does anyone know what it's called and who sung it?

Thank you all in advance

Thanks for your help people, I have been trying to find that out for ages after I heard it played in a scene on Phoenix Nights. My life is now complete

Thanks again
