Hi Arnie Can't say that I've seen a purple copy for "Don't Pretend" That would be a Rare one I reckon. There are a few different shades for Mirwood on some of the Titles. There are a few different shades for Mirwood on some of the Titles. mines the third one here, on second thoughts its more burgundy than purple, sorry for the confusion,i must be colourblind mate !

Well, that would be a Rare Item as I have said earlier. The Purple/Burgundy copy of "The Duck" is on Vinyl and has Possible Monarch Stamp & Delta # Markings. Mirwood still surprises to this day. I certainlly haven't seen them all. With the The Early numbers, anything up to and Including this one Mirwood 5508 Appears to have a chance of turning up on a purple/burgundy label. Regarding The scan that chris has posted, sometimes a West Coast press isn't scanner friendly. Information always appreciated. Definitely a first viewing for me to see "Don't Pretend" on a Purple/Burgundy Label.

Not a problem Mate. I have done the same thing myself. Funny thing though, regarding certain records, I remember being elbow to elbow searching through boxes of records in my youth. Certain ones stick in my mind to this day, even though I only flicked through quickly, slid out of sleeve etc, but possibly foolishly didn't buy only to regret years later. As I said no problem and thanks for taking the time to look.
