Chintz ~ flowery,superflous debate, possibly at the bar to attract the "ear" of a Chinmeister. Chinable/chinabilty ~ a nice chat with a complete stranger,again possibly at the bar (or in the loos) eg:" That fella over there's chinable,likes his Mirwood/Mira etc".
