Info on some records please - when played, by whom, still being spun etc....

Essence of Love (?) - Share my love with you - K-City

Late 70's I believe, possibly a Robin Salter spin?

Morris - Can we melt the ice - Plush?

UK pressing, out of Sheffield? Something to do with Mike Ward? a DJ from there?

Morris who? Williams?

Cooperettes - Win all you love - IDF

Early 70's? Not the other well known Cooperettes? Levine spin - production?

cooperettes is on IDB, same label that broadway express is on, and it's the same philly group as the well known group.

Not a UK press to my knowledge, sure others can give more detail on it. Wasn't Ward sent a bunch of these in the 80's? Mine came from a random guy in the US a few years ago, so it'd be strange a UK press ending up there 20 years after it was issued. Love it and play it.

Cooperettes has been spun on and of since the days of Wigan.

Morris from Memphis as I recal - Mike Ward had a few coppies back in the day - it's unusual as it's a solid centre record.

Hi Steve

Yes, Morris is a Memphis tune. Funny but all the one I've had have had big holes, so to speak.
