Spinologist Posted April 15, 2008 Posted April 15, 2008 Hi, I turned up a copy of this disc, credited to Clemmer Yancy, an Impala Record Production from Detroit. One side is funk, flipped with a ballad, a nice group release. Any info would be appreciated! Spinologist

The seller who had it before on ebay was joe moorehouse (I think that was his name), his ebay id is 16-33-45-78
Spinologist Posted April 18, 2008 Author Posted April 18, 2008 phil, I responded to your message already in "all about the soul", you can read it there. The seller who had it before on ebay was joe moorehouse (I think that was his name), his ebay id is 16-33-45-78 Thanks for the referral. I contacted Joe through Ebay. Here is what he wrote: Hi. I did have one for sale a couple years back, and I believe I ultimately sold it, though I don't remember how or for how much. My copy was pretty beat up. It doesn't have a great track record price-wise, but it's an oddball record, and not particularly common (though more so than the other Soul Track 45s), so it could conceivably fetch real money. I probably got $50-100 for mine, but I'm guessing. It seems to me there were some tie-ins in the credits between this one and the Detroit Sex Machines, but I don't remember specifically, and I could be wrong. Not very helpful, I know, but that's what happens when the memory goes... Best, Joe Moorehouse - 16-33-45-78
