Guest ScooterNik Posted April 14, 2008 Posted April 14, 2008 About 15 years ago I picked up a few copies of Studio 1, Coxsone and WIRL albums from a local record shop. He claimed they were genuine but I always had my doubts. Off the top of my head, without going digging, there were Wailing Wailers, a couple of Heptones albums, a compilation called 'History of Ska volume 2' and a "Best of The Skatellites" amongst them. The labels look poorly printed and the covers generally feel rough. I know from some of the singles I have on Studio 1 and Coxsone that the printing could be patchy, but would this be a general rule? Thanks
