Pete S Posted April 14, 2008 Posted April 14, 2008 Has 'You've Been Away' by Rubin ever been bootlegged and, if so, what are the things to look for? Booted twice I think - first as Rubin Parker, so thats easy to spot, second on a Kapp lookalike but the "A" on the boot is black instead of red.

But I've got some poor sod trying to sell me a bunch of Northern who has been getting terribly excited at the prices being paid on Ebay and I've been making his day by saying 'that's a boot', 're-issue, I'm afraid', and now the latest bad news for him. Cheers Paul (A div ) === got mine on a gorgeous white Kapp demo (red A) one of the best oldies EVER! imo when this was played at the end of an era at the Casino ,,the whole place shook!!! will never forget it! black issues are rare
