I guess it must exist since someone said they had it, but I'm surprised that there's a second gilettes on J&S just because there's only one listed in the soul harmony singles book, and that is a label that should be known to doowop collectors. It's also not on a J&S doowop comp I have that does have the first single. What is the listing for the second?

Bought this from a guy from New Jersey early 90s from memory, but have to say have never seen it anywhere else..the vinyl looks a bit bubbly and plays with a low his so maybe decided to pull??

But is'nt this a bit like the Otis Brown on Lajuna??

what otis brown on lujuna are you talking about? There are a bunch of them. Are you just saying that it's like that because the vinyl is bubbly? Also, what is the actual listing for the J&S title -- label #, titles, etc? Thanks a lot.

You'llhave to give me chance to find it, It's in a box somewhere..No the Otis B below..not seen this one before.

this # isn't super hard, it also comes with two different b-sides, one is the pinkish label you have and one is a reddish label. Both are the same number (I think #102 off the top of my head, I could be wrong). One of the b-sides is 'sound of the wind' (previously on ole) and I forget the other. The soulettes on dud sound do a much better version of 'find somebody new'.

Yes have the Soulettes 45 too..Obviously a slight of the tongue from Mr Manny on the rariety.
