Soul Hall Of Fame

I know there is a Rock 'n' Roll hall of fame and inducts anyone into (soul aswell) but what about if we had our own Soul hall of fame like every year we induct so many artists into one

Also to use older stars first ie had there first hit 50 years or whatever that way you get someone like Jackie Wilson, Sam cooke, Drifters, Ray Charles inducted first and so on.

Anyone agree, maybe we could vote on here and ones with most votes get added
