Britmusicsoulfan Posted March 22, 2008 Posted March 22, 2008 (edited) Hi All, I found a great Northern 45 rummaging through my records downstairs. If anyone could let me know values/make me an offer, that would be great. There are some sort of white spots on the upper left-hand corner of the 45 showing up on the photo, but they're not on the record. The a-side label is in VG+ condition. There's a light X in what appears to be grease pencil, a very tiny stain and some very light ring wear. The b-side label is in VG+ condition with light ring wear. The 45 grades between VG and VG+ (almost VG+, but not quite there) due to light marks on both sides. The 45 plays M-, however and sounds great. I would imagine there aren't that many DJ copies out there for this label. Hope to hear from you! Many thanks. Edited March 22, 2008 by BritMusicSoulFan

Though whether you'd get it is a different matter

Jumpinjoan Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 It's whiter than snow... but I've always liked it. First heard it on a 1985 tape from the legend that is Pete Miles. Carl Fortnum gave it the odd outing too... albeit 15 or more years ago.
Chalky Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 I can't post a soundfile right now but will do when at home if someone doesn't do so in the meantime.
