Jaco Posted March 11, 2008 Posted March 11, 2008 Baz, R & B Indies has a listing for D Town "Devotional Series" which put out a number of gospel items. The last number listed is 207 Voices of Tabernacle. What's the number of the Cardella de Milo track? No mention of D Town relocating, just the addresses for Detroit.
Baz Atkinson Posted March 11, 2008 Author Posted March 11, 2008 definetly the devotional series no is d7-8108,definetly calafornia CA -90048-0253,THANKS jACO! BAZ A
Jaco Posted March 11, 2008 Posted March 11, 2008 Baz, That number appears in the general listing for D Town although the earlier numbers end at 1069 and then start again with 8016 which is a Lee Rogers track. Other tracks in this sequence, which is incomplete, include stuff by Jena Johnson, The Explosion Band and Joey Robbins Jr.
Guest MickD Posted March 11, 2008 Posted March 11, 2008 Graham Finch's webisode on Sixties Detroit states that the Dtown of the eighties was run by Lee Rogers and was unconnected to Mike Hank's label of the same name , apart form the fact that Lee recorded on it ... more info on the link below Sixties Detroit hope this helps Mick
