The Yank Posted March 30, 2020 Posted March 30, 2020 I don't think this one has been mentioned yet - 1
The Yank Posted March 30, 2020 Posted March 30, 2020 While this is definitely "Ain't No Big Thing", the lyrics are different. In the Radiants version, the lead singer has a feeling he's losing his girl, in this version, the lead has already found someone new - 1
Soulskate Posted April 7, 2020 Posted April 7, 2020 (edited) Here's one more... Edited April 7, 2020 by Soulskate

Mike Posted April 8, 2020 Author Posted April 8, 2020 looking at the members posting in the early section of this topic is a bit like time travelling the class of 2005 eh, a good year @MarkWhiteley aka back then as billy the boot started of a list of versions anyone up for taking it on and updating 15 years later? Quote Got 24 so far: Bill Murphy Radiants Tempests Jimmy James Spontanes Electrons Jordan Bros Little Joe & Latinares Sparkz Commands Embers Holiday Band Jimmy Cliff Little Jesse & Teardrops Ringos Sly Slick & Wicked Catalinas Olympics (unreleased) Cotillions (this must be the one I was thinking of) Tommy Sands Ralfi Pagan (unreleased) Scotty Todd and an acapella/doo-wop thing on Catamount. Think it's the Royal Counts but not 100% sure. Got a few on label so will have a look in case it's the b-side of one I have... Billy remove cotillions yep? adds C.P. Miller Los Stardusters Medium Cool Wing Tips Fabulous Flares 1

Miller Los Stardusters Medium Cool Wing Tips Fabulous Flares Also need to remove (The) Ringos and Tommy Sands as their songs are different "Ain't No Big Things". The Ringos song is a twangy guitar driven instrumental, which I think may have been covered by a few other bands, but isn't the song we're concerned with here. The Tommy Sands song is an uptempo rock 'n' roller, again, not the song we're discussing in this topic.
The Yank Posted April 9, 2020 Posted April 9, 2020 Here's two more that can be removed from the list - The Olympics and Ralfi Pagan. The titles may be the same but the songs are completely different.
