I just came across a fairly scarce 45 in digging through one of my boxes. Any ideas on current value/anyone fancy making an offer?

This is Love Made It All w/Peace of Mind (It's Just A Matter of Time) on Express (number 300). The 45 labels are in M- condition. The 45 visually grades EX-/VG+ but plays M-.
