Great tune Mark, and played by Dave Evison towards the end of your favorite venue quite a bit.

Seem to remember seeing it on different colour labels and maybe different design, anyone confirm.

Yes, cracking tune and it is on 2 different label designs. Earlier one with green writing called 'Please Make Up Your Mind' and then on an orange label 'Make Up Your Mind'. Thats from (my very poor) memory, got both somewhere...not sure if they are slightly different mixes. Might try and dig them out later and check.

Yes different mixes the green one is a tad slower and sounds like Earl as had one to many!

The orange one is the track that got played late on at the Casino to good dance floor reaction nice tune indeed that needs more spins.

Can't understand this Val you say that yours as "the devil in you" on the flip

Well the two i have are

Macon 115 with "don't let go" on the flip

Macon 120-A "tell me why"

"please make up your mind" 115 time 2:40 121-B time 3:12

I know 121 is a lot harder to find i remember seeing one at the Casino about late79 and then the next one i found was about five years back at Willington if my memory is right  or it cohuld of been of Paul at Boogaloo record in Leicester.

I got data on 3 releases.

Maycon 114/115 "Don't Let Me Go" on the flip

Maycon 119 "Devil in you" on the flip

Maycon 120/121 as "Please Make Up Your Mind" / "tell me why"

all 3 are different mixes if I remember correctly.

Earl Connerly was Philly's answer to Cleveland Robinson ..

He owned the Maycon label and released just tons of his own material on it. I think one of the best ones is # 106 "This Girl" sorta "Popcorn" production, seldom seen for sale.

My Orange copy 115 has F/W then what looks like a triangle then a M scratched in the run-out, then around the other side of the runout, Maycon -115 scratched in.

Is this the same as everyone else's?
