Haven't seen this killer slice of raw funk on sale for some time, hence the 'offers' and probably starting around the 125.00 mark. The clip isn't from the record in question, but this copy plays through just fine. Very smart sounding disc.

Excellent blue-eyed northern with a slight funky touch. A pomonkey recommendation!

Bobby King & the Relation - 'Don't give up hope' (Lunar) VG+ = 15.00

Brilliant crossover soul and I'd say a little slept at the minute.

Soul Primers - 'I can't resist' (Honeycomb) Ex = 125.00

Extremely rare LA instro funk. Bass heavy and a great cut for the dancefloor - recommended.

Smoke Sugar Company - 'Save a little love for a rainy day' (Teri De) VG+ = 40.00

Listed at 100 quid on Manship. A great soul cut, backed with a very credible later funk affair, 'Doin' it'

Barbara Dane - 'I'm on my way' (Trey 3 PROMO) Ex small label stain = 100.00

Stunning midtempo northern shuffler. Listed upto 300 quid on Manship. A great sound, and totally capable of crossing over.

I like this track, but from the soundclip this sounds like it's not in VG+ condition, lots of surface noise, or is it just me?
